Recalibratable & Adjustable Design
Our torque wrenches are fully adjustable and designed to be recalibrated. They can be serviced by any qualified torque calibration laboratory to maintain long-term accuracy and reliability.
Why Calibration Is Important
Over time, normal use can affect torque accuracy. Regular calibration helps ensure:
-
Accurate and repeatable torque values
-
Proper fastener performance
-
Reduced risk of over- or under-torquing
-
Continued compliance with safety and quality standards
Recommended Calibration Interval
Calibration frequency depends on use, but industry guidelines typically recommend:
-
Every 12 months for light or occasional use
-
Every 6 months or 5,000 cycles for frequent or professional use
-
Immediately if the wrench is dropped, damaged, or accuracy is in question
Calibration & Care
These torque wrenches feature an internal adjustment mechanism for recalibration to factory specifications. Calibration should be performed by a certified service provider using traceable standards.
Tip: After use, return the wrench to its lowest setting (not zero) to help maintain accuracy.
